These Terms of Service govern your access to the Crest Automotive Care website and your use of its enquiry, pricing, booking-estimate and contact features. In these terms, “Crest”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Crest Automotive Solutions LLP, trading as Crest Automotive Care, the service provider for the website and the services described on it.
By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.
2. Website information
The website describes automotive detailing, paint protection, coating, PPF, glass treatment, sound deadening, insurance-support, repair-tie-up and vehicle-support services. The information is intended to help you decide whether to contact us. It is not a binding offer to provide a particular treatment at a particular price.
Vehicle suitability, treatment scope, process time, availability and final pricing may change after a physical inspection, vehicle-model confirmation and discussion with our team. GST and any other applicable taxes are extra unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Booking enquiries and estimates
The on-page calculator is an estimate tool. It uses the resident pricing matrix supplied for the website and applies GST at 18% where shown. Selecting a service or clicking “Use this estimate” does not reserve a service slot, create a contract, or guarantee availability.
A booking becomes effective only when Crest confirms the service, date, vehicle category, final price and any payment or deposit requirement through an authorised channel. We may decline or reschedule a request if the vehicle condition, location, timing or requested treatment is not suitable.
4. Services and customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your vehicle, its condition, prior repairs or coatings, and any known defects or sensitive items. Before handover, remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle. Tell our team about alarms, immobilisers, aftermarket accessories, fragile components and special handling instructions.
Some results depend on paint condition, previous repairs, contamination, wear, weather, curing conditions and vehicle materials. We will explain material limitations and recommended aftercare where reasonably practicable.
5. Prices, payments and taxes
Prices displayed on the website are indicative resident prices in Indian rupees and may be revised. The final invoice will identify the selected service, add-ons, taxes and any approved additional work. Payment methods, deposits, invoice timing and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
If an amount is not paid when due, Crest may pause work, withhold handover until payment is received, or cancel the booking subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Our current cancellation and refund rules are set out on the Refund & Cancellation page. If a booking-specific confirmation contains terms that differ from this website policy, the confirmed booking terms will control for that booking.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may reference or link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social networks, insurance providers, repair partners, vehicle-sale services or other third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Any third-party service is subject to the relevant provider’s own terms.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Crest name, logo, page design, copy, photographs, graphics, pricing presentation and other website materials belong to Crest or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use, but you must not reproduce, modify, scrape, sell, publish or commercially exploit the materials without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false enquiries, harvest contact information, or use the site for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every device.
