1. Our commitment

Crest Automotive Solutions LLP, trading as Crest Automotive Care, aims to provide an accessible, understandable and usable website for customers, residents and visitors. We use semantic HTML, visible focus states, responsive layouts, readable contrast, descriptive labels and reduced-motion support as part of that effort.

This statement describes the accessibility features and limitations currently identified on the site. Our implementation direction is informed by the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, which groups accessibility under perceivable, operable, understandable and robust principles.

2. Features in this website

• Keyboard-reachable navigation, buttons, form fields and calculator controls.
• Visible focus styling for interactive elements.
• Labels and titles for forms, embedded maps and navigation landmarks.
• Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
• A reduced-motion preference that limits non-essential transitions and scroll animation.
• Text alternatives for the generated automotive images when the production photography is replaced.

3. Known limitations

The Google Maps embed and any future third-party social, analytics or booking services may not provide the same accessibility experience as Crest’s own page. Generated or supplied photography may also require alternative-text review. The legal pages, pricing matrix and calculator should be re-tested after any major content or vendor change.
